main objective was to utilize its steel fabricating
technology in product development for the local

materials, Almost 3 decades have passed since LPI
introduced its first batch of library book shelves. |

has been progressive and LPI rapidly expanded the
range of various type of storage shelves for libraries,
mobile shelving system for offices, hospitals and
a good range of office storage facilities. Later
the product line was expanded into supermarket and
consumer-goods shelving which subsequently led the
company into the manufacturing of shelves and racking
systems in many industrial factories warehouses. |

technology in the area of storage and retrieval
systems has inevitably reached automation. LPI is
proud to be the leading pioneer in Thailand of High-Rise
Racking. System known as AS/RS (Automated Storage
and Retrieval Systems) |

arrival of these system occurred in 1988 when Thailand’s
rocketing economy and industry caused a dramatic
increase in land prices. The repayment for and effective

was fortunate to have the opportunity to join hands
with Japanese and European machinery manufacturers
to jointly produce and install a wide range of excellent
automated and semiautomated storage systems. |
| LPI’s
latest factory is equipped with sophisticated and
efficient machinery for the manufacture of its products
and 250 million baht in investment, is located at
Bangplee Industrial Estate spreading over an area
of 10 Rais. Presently, LPI’s production capacity
can serve the local requirement but the company
anticipates in launching for international markets
in 1991. |
